Since the beginning of 2026, Flavio Gilardi, Head of Business Development at Solutions30 Italia, and Sangavi Balasubramanian, IT Functional Analyst at Unit-T (Belgium), have been working together through the mentoring program, as a mentor and mentee respectively.
With over a decade of experience at Solutions30, Flavio has helped Sangavi build her professional confidence and develop her leadership skills. Originally from India and currently living in the Netherlands, Sangavi brought curiosity, ambition, and a strong desire to grow.
Through regular check-ins and clearly defined objectives, they explored topics such as managing priorities across multiple stakeholders, building professional credibility, and navigating workplace relationships with confidence. As a result, Sangavi gained greater self-confidence, enhanced her professional interactions, and developed valuable tools to tackle everyday challenges.
Despite differences in age, background, and location, their mentoring relationship became a source of mutual learning. While Sangavi strengthened her confidence and professional skills, Flavio gained fresh perspectives and valuable insights from a new generation of talent.
