ESG Performance Assessment
At Solutions30, we are deeply committed to sustainability and transparency in our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Each year, we voluntarily subject ourselves to rigorous performance evaluations conducted by internationally recognized rating agencies and organizations, including CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) and EcoVadis. These assessments help us benchmark our progress, identify areas for improvement, and reaffirm our dedication to driving positive change.
Below, we proudly share a summary of the scores we have achieved, reflecting our ongoing efforts to align with the highest ESG standards.
Sustainability Reporting

Since 2020, Solutions30 Group has published an annual sustainability report, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and corporate responsibility. In 2022, we integrated the sustainability report into our annual report, consolidating both financial and non-financial disclosures into a single, comprehensive document to present a holistic view of our operations.
Up to 2024, we have followed the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards as the foundation for our sustainability disc
losures.
The 2024 report has been prepared in full compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and adheres to the disclosure requirements established by the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), reinforcing our ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive and robust disclosures on our ESG performance.

United Nations Global Compact
Solutions30 is a proud signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and has continuously renewed its commitment to upholding and promoting its ten principles within its sphere of influence. Additionally, we actively contribute to the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through our business activities and strategic initiatives.
While Solutions30 supports several SDGs and their respective sub-goals, our core business and the products and services we offer position us particularly well to contribute to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production)—even though repair, recycling, and reuse are not our primary areas of focus. Furthermore, aligned with our values and commitments, as well as the energy efficiencies enabled by some of the technologies we work with, we also contribute to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
As part of our sustainability strategy, Solutions30 is committed to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and expanding the share of green activities within our operations, in line with the EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities. We continuously seek to optimize our environmental impact by integrating more sustainable practices, technologies, and business solutions.
To illustrate our contributions to the SDGs, the table below provides a summary of key indicators, some of which are also used to track our internal targets.
(2024 data)
SBTI -Commitment to Science-Based Emission Reduction Targets
In January 2024, the Group Management Board took a decisive step by committing Solutions30 to join the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This commitment underscores our dedication to establishing short-term emissions reduction targets grounded in scientific data, with guidance from the SBTi framework.
Currently, one of our primary projects within the ESG framework focuses on reducing our carbon footprint. To drive this initiative, an internal team was established in 2024, including two members of the Management Board as part of its permanent structure.
We are collaborating with an external company specializing in carbon reduction, aiming to define our near-term targets for submission to the SBTi. This partnership also involves developing a comprehensive roadmap and action plan to achieve these targets.
These short-term targets will outline how much Solutions30 will reduce its emissions over the next 10 years. Aligned with a 1.5°C trajectory to limit global warming, these goals will drive the concrete actions needed to achieve significant reductions in our greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Our approach is rooted in pragmatism, ensuring that each step is carefully evaluated for its impacts, risks, and opportunities. This thorough evaluation enables us to implement actions and initiatives that are both effective and sustainable.

FemmesForce: Empowering Women at Solutions30
In 2024, Solutions30 Group launched the FemmesForce network to promote gender diversity, empower women, and foster their professional growth. With 1,150 women across 10 European countries and three main activities, FemmesForce creates a space for sharing ideas, experiences, and best practices. The network raises awareness of the vital role women play within Solutions30, supports female employees through networking and mentorship, and creates more opportunities for women to contribute to the Group’s success. Monthly meetings highlight local initiatives, promote events, and enhance the network’s visibility.
A key pillar of FemmesForce is its mentoring program, which started in September 2024. Mentors from various countries, including members of the Supervisory Board, experienced managers and specialists, provide valuable expertise, while mentees develop their skills, manage projects, and progress professionally.
The FemmesForce’s core team consists of 30 women in key roles, with plans to expand participation to anyone interested in contributing to the network’s mission. The initiative has strong support from Solutions30 leadership, with Nathalie Duchesne, Group Head of Risk, Compliance & ESG, leading the FemmesForce network and its programs.
The network’s motto, “Together, we make the difference”, embodies the collective strength of women at Solutions30, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion while empowering women to thrive personally and professionally.
