Today, the FemmesForce Group came together once again for an exchange and inspiration session.
This time, Marta Manulik (HR Director at Solutions30 Poland) invited the group to reflect on Maja Chwalińska’s journey, a Polish tennis player, through her story and the lessons it offers.
The session served as a powerful reminder that knowing one’s limits is a strength, not a setback. Sometimes, stepping back is necessary to move forward. Success is rarely linear. It is built through resilience, perspective, and the courage to start again.
Maja’s journey also highlighted that success is never achieved alone. Building a strong support system made up of trustworthy people who offer support and challenge you when needed is key to moving forward.
The session also provided an opportunity to discuss upcoming meeting plans. The FemmesForce group shares the ambition to continue expressing its expertise and to become an even more active and engaged community.
