Today, the FemmesForce Group hosted an inspiring session dedicated to the impact of its mentoring program across Solutions30.
Since launching its second round in October 2025, the program has initiated 17 mentoring projects, connecting mentors and mentees across six countries. The session featured testimonials from mentors including Thomas Kremer (Chair of the Supervisory Board), and Flavio Gilardi (Head of Business Development at Solutions30 Italy), as well as mentee Sangavi Balasubramanian (IT Functional Analyst at Unit-T), who shared how the program has helped her build confidence, better navigate professional challenges, and strengthen key skills.
The discussion highlighted that mentoring goes beyond guidance, supporting personal growth and development. A key takeaway from the session was the importance of learning to set boundaries—an essential yet often challenging step for long-term success.
Looking ahead, the program will continue to evolve by deepening its understanding of mentees’ expectations and encouraging participants to take greater ownership of their development.
