On May 15, 2026 SOLUTIONS 30 SE (the Company) informed its shareholders that its annual general meeting (the Annual General Meeting) and its extraordinary general meeting (the Extraordinary General Meeting together with the Annual General Meeting to be referred to as the General Meetings) will be held on 17 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (Luxembourg time) and 3.00 p.m. respectively at the registered office of the Company at 21, rue du Puits Romain, L-8070 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The General Meetings will be video broadcast live, through the Company’s website.
