Gold and Platinum Medals from Two Leading ESG Benchmarks
According to the EcoVadis 2025 assessment, Solutions30 achieved the highest score in its history, rising from 64 to 80 points out of 100. This places the Group among the top 3% of companies worldwide in terms of ESG performance, earning it the Gold Medal. Meanwhile, Ethifinance awarded Solutions30 a score of 86 out of 100, exceeding its previous evaluation and granting it the highest distinction for ESG performance.
Key Levers: Transparency, CO₂ Emissions, and Diversity
This progress, which positions Solutions30 among the leaders in its sector, is largely driven by its alignment with the CSRD directive and ESRS standards, which strengthen transparency towards all stakeholders. In line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), Solutions30 has significantly reduced its greenhouse gas emissions through a rigorous assessment of its carbon footprint across all relevant GHG Protocol categories and the implementation of a comprehensive set of measures tailored to the Group’s size and operations.
Progress in labor and human rights is underpinned by intensive training programs—representing over 25 hours per employee per year for several years—and by proactive policies promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. Initiatives such as targeted mentoring for women and improved accessibility measures have led to tangible results, including an increased proportion of women in management roles. Furthermore, the Supplier Code of Conduct and third-party due diligence procedures ensure strict compliance with human rights and environmental criteria throughout the entire supply chain.
